Went to Arby’s to get a roast beef sandwich and was advised that they were out of Roast Beef so I guess Arby’s does not have the meats.

No air conditioning. Whole restaurant smelled bad. Five plus employees walking around and still took over five minutes to acknowledge us..... when we were the only customers at the counter. Girl who took our order was not listening and was rude.... horrible customer service. Food was slipped together and order was incorrect. You've lost my business for good.

WOW!!! Placed our order at 14:27 through the drive through. FINALLY got our (correct) meal at 14:55!!!!! This is not the first time waiting in their ridiculous line ���� never again! This place either needs to work on urgency or higher more people, I counted 4 cars that got fed up with the wait AFTER they had placed their orders. Y'all are lossing so much money!

The people was friendly but didnt get my order right the first time. For the money it wasnt Worth it my roast beef had little meat in it and i mean little it was little not happy @ all about that. One thing i can say is my fries and tar cakes was fresh and hot. Just like i like it..
Amazing People make this an amazing place to eat. Seems like everyone knows my name. Always genuinely friendly and concered about my experience. I can't single out one name because they all are very nice to me. Food is always hot and consistently great. I'll stop eating here when they tear the building down.
