Griffin store 1612 N. expressway customer service was awesome..i have been in food service a long time but tonight was great.Aniesa was really nice and helped a couple out,he was wheel chair bound and his wife was getting drinks she took their food to the table for them.that is CUSTOMER SERVICE..That will bring back customers every time...Aniesa keep up the good work young lady..keep smiling you where awesome..
I ordered a #5 and the chicken was burnt. When I asked if they would replace it with a non burnt piece they said "it is the oil in the fryer & your new piece of chicken will be the same". I payed for it already..I threw it away, will never go back to this Arby's. Customer Service SUCKS!! HORRIBLE !!
well , you could have your employees stay open until 12 am as it says . that is false advertising and not very good for a business ... I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed plus the woman who told me they were closed at 11 pm was VERY rude !!
Good Roast Beef sandwiches.
So this evening my fiance an myself stopped by to get dinner. When we arrived to the restaurant she had to use the restroom. She waited at least a good 10 minutes because the restroom was occupied. Which is understandable. But what is infuriating is that the women's restroom was occupied by a couple. After waiting for 10 minutes the man and woman walked out of the women's restroom.
