Every time I go to the 44th street and 131 location my order gets screwed up! Ask for French dip get smoked brisket??? I don’t know if they’re all high or just plain stupid

Bad experience every time i go to the 44th at location! Just went again last night bought $30 worth of food for me and a couple others food was cold and the large fries could literally fit in a small fry container. Waited a long time for them to even get the food out and the guy behind the window just sat there and stared at me while i was waiting for my food. This is the 4th-5th time they’ve messed my food up or got lazy and gave very minimal food. 👿
Clean, good service. Food great.
The Manager appeared to have a visible Mark of either a protruding cold sore or something else....while preparing our food, without the benefit of face guard.
Very unhappy with my service tonight. I ordered some food and 2 shakes. They were able to make the first shake, then they couldn’t get the machine to work so he asked me to pull forward... and then forgot about me! I waited for 20mins and then took my food back in and asked for fresh food because I was still waiting for my shake. They pretty much confirmed that they had forgotten about me. Wasn’t very impressed with attempt at an apology.
If your gonna stop selling something you probably should stop advertising you have it.
My husband just went to this location and ordered food for the family. He got home and his sandwich was missing. He called and spoke with Savannah who said "oh yeah it's right here..." So he said he was coming back for it and asked what they could do for the inconvenience. Her response "Nothing..we can't give away free food. Do you want me to remake your sandwich?" Seriously...we have to drive all the way back there to get the sandwich that was ordered and paid for and there is "NOTHING you can do!?" When he got there he ask... read more
The bacon in my Blt was more than burnt, bite into the bacon and spit it out. Just gross, half ass sandwhich probably sat there for a while! The bun was chewy, a mess! Called and they had hung up on me two times! I called again and it kept ringing, no response. Never again will I return to this location. Service was useless and slow.
