I was told by the assistant manager that I am being over charged for my sandwich because ringing it up differently than ordered is more convenient for the staff. I would love to hear from the manager regarding this.
usually do not leave feedback but this Arby's location needs to assess their business. Gave it several tries in the past few weeks and either between slow slow service (while after 20 minute wait, the girl at register apologized for the "screwball in back goofing off"), and cold food, and ended up with someone else's order in with ours....and then fast forward to today when I got 15 minutes down the road and bit into my Chicken Cordon Bleu and realized the was no chicken on the sandwich.
