We went in there 2 times in 2 weeks & everytime they didn't have something. One night they didn't have roast beef bc they said it wasn't the right temp or something like that, it's a roast beef place &can't sell roast beef. Their employees are rude & they don't give you everything you order &then when you call to tell them they forgot something that you paid for they act like it is just so wrong that you called. Excuse me,but if I pay for something I want it!

Lemonade and water didn't work in the lobby, wife doesn't drink soda. Both ketchup dispensers were empty which shows blatantly lazy employees. Food was ok, only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.
Stopped to eat here at 7:00 PM 04/29/16. Three employees were standing at entrance side of building smoking. The girl employee said "the lobby is closed we only have two employees" and was very rude. When we questioned why they are all standing there smoking if the are so short handed, she became very rude. When we asked if there was a manager there? The girl told us she was the manager. What is up with this is this good representation of arbys? I think not.
Wow....730 on a Friday night and we arrive at Arbys in Jasper exoecing to have a nice little family meal only to be greeted by 3 employees smoking cigarettes at the front entrance. As we are getting out of the car, one of them tell us the dining room was closed because they only had 2 people working inside. Several cars lined up in drive through mind yoy too. Perplexed by this customer service I ask to speak to the manager and she rudely gestures and says " I am the manager". I asked why would they have 3 employees out here ... read more
