Had an order go through Uber eats with this location. It arrived damaged (ripped open) and missing several things. The manager blamed the missing items on the Uber driver. We called the driver and he explained the bad ripped as he was picking it up. Called the manager back and he is unwilling to help make it right. Wants us to handle it by calling Uber to go back to get it. Their mistakes should be their fix. The manager ended up hanging up on my fiancée. Extremely unprofessional.

waiting in line for 10 minutes and didnt even get to order. had to go somewhere else for lunch.

I have called the corporate office and emailed them stating that the employees at this restaurant are not wearing mask. I see them out smoking out the back door. There is such a thing as covid 19. It is proven now to wear mask. No one in this store wears mask! Smoking and then going back to fix food. This store is gross!! I have put this out all over Facebook and am spreading the word!!
was exceptionally disappointed to see that not a single employee was wearing a mask or gloves. there seemed to be no COVID-19 precautions in place at all.
RecommendedWalked up to Arbys to buy some food. Had to order through the drive thru window in the rain. Staff was friendly. Least could do is have the lobby open for carry out. Understand the COVID19 issues were having, rope off the seating areas, have stickers on the floor 6 ft apart know where people are supposed to stand like other restaurants & businesses.
