Went to Arby's the soda machine was broke. Staff was aware of this but still continue to sell soda and do nothing about it. Young gentlemen taking our order never looked up once and could not understand or hear what he was saying. Overall customer service very poor. Food was average service needed much work..
if you want a arby's sandwich with abrys sauce don't count on it been there I don't remember how many times they always forget very disappointed
Horrible customer service! Went there for the burbon sandwich and it took them forever. Then while eating a lady walked around handing out a coupon for free sandwiches due to long waits and walked right passed me. I will not be coming back to this place until the employees learn how to treat customers fairly and their service becomes prompt
