After quite a hectic day, it was nice that the employee's stopped what they were doing to take my order without whining or complaining like they do in the Twin Cities. All Arby's staff should visit this location and see how a restaurant business should be ran.

Usually, they are pretty good, but a week ago they screwed up my order. Forgot the fries and did not apply the coupon I had. I called them when I got home and discovered all this. I did not want to drive back that evening to let them fix it. They asked me for my name and said they would make a note of it for next time. I thought " yeah, right, it'll end up in the round file." Bad attitudes and lousy customer service. I know if I screwed sombody over I would give them more than a 50 cent order of fries. Even after waiting 10 minutes. Now I am 20 minutes away and they want me to come back for the 9 dollar sandwich they robbed me on and only want to give me a 50cent order of curly fries that will probably be half full like the rest in the order. #Garbage #pissed

Disappointed in the bourbon bacon steak sammich. It was a brown mustard bourbon sauce so if you are not a fan of mustard DO NOT order this. No where does it say bourbon mustard.

Just wanted to mention after getting not so great service yesterday at Burger King (the kid wanted a burger) I received amazingly friendly service in the drive thru yesterday afternoon by a young lady who obviously enjoyed what she did and was gracious to have customers to serve. I've worked in the service industry nearly 15 years and she was almost too happy to be working the drive thru. Oh and I had ordered 7 sandwiches and two small sides and it took no time at all. Thank you.
