I bought a rubin sandwich and the meat was really tough, there was only meat on half of it and my curly fries are stale. I normally love Arbys but this is awful! The bread was also rubbery.

floor was sticky, crew was not interested in customers. Had to tell her 2 times eat in. Got my food and sat down another customer was waiting and ALL the behind the counter employees ran out the front door to watch a fight in the parking lot. I will not go back there.

I should have known when I walked in the door and saw the 93 health score.... but I went ahead and ordered anyway. My husband and I got our food and sat down at the table. I unwrapped my sandwich and began to eat. My husband unwrapped his and out comes a baby roach. OUT OF THE WRAPPER. We took our food right back to the counter and got a refund. Mind you, all the manager at Arby's did was say sorry about that as she handed us our money back. Nothing else. Will never make another trip to that trashy restaurant again. Walked r... read more

The staff was very friendly (even though they looked to be a little short handed). Food was awesome and so was the Orange dream shake!
