Went today and service and order was horrible. Will never go back. Ordered our food and my Jamocha shake. They give us the drink and Shake and the shake was nearly black from so much of the flooring syrup in it, so when they bring our food out I ask for a replacement shake make right because I couldn't even drink it. HORRIBLE!!!! And these ppl want 15$ an hr and can’t even read plain English. Not only having to drive across town to see that half the order was incorrect but correct on ticket, go back to get what I paid for and the RUDE manager had no sincerity for their screw up!!! WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS ARBYS AND WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE!

Was at lunch time place was very busy but customer service was still fast&friendly food was great put together very nice
I ordered a crispy chicken bacon swiss sandwich without lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard due to allergy reasons. While the receipt had been wrung out correctly, the sandwich came out with all three ingriedients included. I parked my car and went inside to have my order corrected. Now, while the people working the counter were friendly and understanding, one employee in the kitchen staff was not. HORRIBLE service!! The manager of this Arby's needs to wise up and hire better staff!
I always enjoy Prattville Arby's, but this Facebook page & Google both say that you open at 9 A.M. & it actually opens at 10. So that's my only complaint.
