I really want to the thank the manager who was working the afternoon of Jan 27. Because of her I have now sworn off Arby's forever, after a 30-year fascination. Instead of having a shitty attitude and barking at your customers, why not take a few seconds to at least pretend that you care. So, to Arby's I say #ByeFelicia

The food was great, the restaurant was clean, but the best part was the gentleman who took our order. His name was Mike and very well may be one of the nicest people our family has ever met. The rest of the staff were very nice too.

First time having Arbys... had the pork belly sandwich. Wow!!! It was amazing! Can't wait to get another one!
The gentleman taking my order was named david and he was wonderful. .Very polite man..I enjoyed my visit with this store..thank you for a fast and wonderful service. .David you stole the show..u the man..keep up the good work..
