When you've had the longest day and your brain physically hurts.....can't even think about cooking dinner.....(bad mom I know) and then "Twan" at Arby's just totally surprises you with this contagious personality and by being so friendly and making me literally laugh out loud...oh and he is always ready in the drive through!!! The employees are so rude! AND they told me they were out of roast beef ... they're Arby's for goodness sake, how do they run out of roast beef? I won't be back at this location!
