Had been thinking about Arby's for a while. Ordered the fish sandwich and loaded fries. My meal was hot, and delish! I had no problem with the staff. I do not know if it was because the main manager was there or not. I enjoyed my meal, and whipped out my coloring book.

Drive threw boy was rude on the mic out side and at the window got my order wrong. He thought I stole the fries so I had to show him a receipt and pull every thing out of my bag. And my fries was hard and burnt.
the curly fries were brunt and cold, I had just worked 12 hours so I was very disappointed .I have been going to that Arby's for years and I don't know what happened the service was also slow and I had to ask for Arby's sauce twice.
Don't come at 10:30-11am they'll pull every single car
