Way to slow waited for 15 minutes before my order was taken,then another 10 minutes at the window. Then the meat was in a ball on the bun,and my Fry's was put in upside down and all over the bag!!! I've ran restaurants and all of this was unacceptable. Looks like management and crew needs to be retrained. After all if we wasn't buying from them they wouldn't have a paycheck. Any workers can be replaced, there are people looking for jobs every day!!!

I work in the food industry. I have for years. I am a very patient person when it comes to waiting for my food. Just left this arbys. We arrived in the drive thru around 3:40 and just now got home with our food (we live less than a mile away btw). So after waiting in the drive thru for almost an hour, we finally got our food.
