2nd time we have been to this Arby's in the past couple of months and their service is still poor. I would understand the longer than usual wait if the server was upfront about it. But for some reason they think it is okay to make you wait 10mins to then tell you it is going to be another 15 mins for the potato cakes or whatever they are behind on.
