Waited in drive through for twenty minutes after paying. Had to go inside to get my order. When I ate my sandwich it had plastic film in it. All the employees seemed lost and don’t take initiative. Also had no Arby sauce.

Wait in drive thru was 20 minutes and only two cars in front of me. Ordered two turnovers, apple, cause out of cherry. They were bent soggy greasy and were very hard to bite and chew.
Tried to go eat here for lunch and had the WORST experience in my entire life at a fast food place!!! Someone need to help out this girl "Shay" with her fast food job skills! I've NEVER called in on bad service before but I'm goin all the way up to the DM in this case.. I only got the last end of the video but it'll be enough!!
just stopped at arby's for some buffalo chicken sliders this is what i got. i didn't know arby's sold nuggets. and the bread was wet and soggy

wasn't really there, but i'm sure it's fine. I was over in that area
I ordered 3 chicken, bacon, and Swiss sandwiches. I couldn't bite into mine but I thought I was being paranoid. It was raw, not just undercooked but RAW. I'm not only hungry now, I'm completely grossed out. Not the first time it's happened to me at this location either. You disappoint me Arby's.

They've remodeled. Sliders are great. You gotta try em. Service has surely improved. More people than I've ever seen in there. We're at the one on Western at SW 89th
