I like Arby's...the Hot Springs location has staff that is very friendly....but obviously overworked. I ordered the larger French dip...a slider for my dog...and a coke. Without even "dipping" my French dip...it was literally a hot mess. It was very small as if it were on hot dog bun !! Hardly any meat...and just soaked in some gross mix of...."sauce". The slider....comically small. And again with this...."sauce". I scraped the meat out for my dog.....and threw the rest away. The food is awful. Your dipping this sandwich....... read more
I got a delicious loaded Italian sandwich with a reward of a large free curly fries. Check out that sandwich, it's really good and they have friendly staff.
Good food and excellent service
If I could give 0 stars I would‼️ The service was absolutely terrible and the food wasn’t even edible🤦♀️ I got a chicken wrap and the chicken was rock hard and dried out like it been out for DAYSlettuce was slimy and nasty 🤨. To the Arby’s on Airport Rd: Yall employees need sum training REAL BAD in customer service and in cooking food because this just was not it at all ‼️🤦♀️ DO BETTER‼️
