They took 20 min to get our food and when we got it we noticed that they missed 2 of our fries. They didn't give us our receipt when we paid either. When we went back to ask for our fries they said they couldn't give us our fries because we didn't have the receipt. I will never go there again.

It took over 20 minutes to get my order of 3 things. My fries were cold and stale and my milkshake was runny. Even though I got all my money back I still feel disappointed. I didn't want a free and terrible dinner.

The slowest arby's in the state! I avoid this location like the plague!

Terrible. On a good day it takes forever to get your food. Other days it's "technical difficulties". Another day the drive threw speaker doesn't work and the workers ignore you when you drive up to the window. Just a poor arby's location all around. When you constantly have multiple bad experiences it's obvious there is a management issue. You are better off going to the Wendy's across the street or subway down the road. Don't waste your time at this particular arby's location.
