I just went through the drive through to get a chocolate shake. My dog in the Carr with me. Amazing cashier saw my dog and commented on how pretty my dog is.Brings out my shake she had drawn a dog bone the whip cream! Best quickest service I have received there. This place can't seem to find competent, respectful employees who understand the meaning of working in a 'service' industry. I've been to this location several times and it's always the same. Wrong food, missing food and poor service from snarky disrespectful employees. There also doesn't appear to be an actual adult anywhere in the building, if you ask for a manager all you get is another teenager. Hard to rate the food because they wouldn’t honor the coupons I had that were good for two more days so I didn’t get any food. “They changed the buttons and there is nothing we can do. “ No worries, I called the corporate office and there is something they can do.

This is the worst Arbys I have ever been to. That is if I can ever actually get food here. I am usually only able to come around 10 pm to 10:30 pm And even though their hours say they are open until 11 pm, their open signs are still on, and the automated drive thru message plays, the drive thru menu is off and the store is deserted. If I am lucky enough to make it there before they just decide to close whenever they want I almost always have problems with my order and the food is cold. How do you screw up an order that's only one sandwich, 1 order of fries, and 2 shakes? I get when it's busy that things get mixed up sometimes, but this was on a Sunday when the place was dead, no one else inside, no one at the drive through. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru I asked for red Ranch and was told it was $0.50 extra so I asked for some Arby's sauce and horseradish sauce and was given one Arby's packet for 3 sandwiches terrible service i will never return
