Always friendly and good service at this location.
RecommendedThis will be my Arby’s from now on. The food was hot and fresh. The portions were generous and correct. Unlike the Rock Spring location, they know what they’re doing.

There is a young African American man, and a young white high school lady that seems to be there everytime I go. ( Four times a week) They both are very professional and kind. I tried the new Chicken salad sandwich today. It was very fresh and delicious. They really should have four people there. The wait is always long but worth it.
I went in last week with 2 coupons and not sure who the manager on duty was but she rang up my 2 for $6 coupons as 2 for $6.50 and didn't honor the $3.99 special sandwich coupon saying it was only good in NLV. I emailed the corporate office and have yet to receive a response from Katie. I'll probably NEVER go back to this particular location.

Stay away from the Parmesan and Garlic Home Made Chips. They were the most stale chips I have eaten. The chips were served to me in a paper sack that had the top folded over with a sticker holding the fold close. I suspect they were fried and packaged at least 4 or more days ago. That's too bad. If they were fresh, I'm sure I would have enjoyed them. On a better note - as always the Grand Turkey Club was very good.
