fast drive through pick up
I was craving a "Montana" sandwich, not knowing they don't have it any more! !!!! Ha hs

I haven't had Arby's in years so I thought I would go ahead and give it a try again. I just waited in line for 10 minutes at the drive-thru with only one car ahead of me. I and three other cars backed up and left because that same car was still in front of us after 10 minutes. So as we talk I am sitting in the In and Out Burger drive-thru right now so I can actually get some food. Too bad I was looking forward to some roast beef. My husband and I both ordered the 2 for $6 cheddar and roast beef. When we got hone, the sandwhiches were dry. I go to bite into my other sandwhich and bite into something hard. I look at it and it looks like a twist tie that was cooked into the sandwhich. I did call the customer care number but i don't feel like it's enough. I hope that the store manager or even the franchise owner contacts me. This is insane and dangerous. I have a picture of it ready to share with whoever wants to see. Not happy at all
