We have enjoyed eating at this location however service lately has gone down. Several months ago they forgot 2 sandwiches on our to go order and had to go back to pick them up with no compensation given for me to drive back but "oh sorry we forgot it". Recommendedfriendly staff bathroom is in Dyer need of repairs
Service is always slow, restaurant is usually dirty and today I saw a man in air force uniform denied his discount because he didn’t have his military ID. The man was in uniform! Shame on you Arby’s!

this is THEE worse experience by far that I have ever had at any fast food place, they had 3 people working, 2 brand new. waited over 20 minutes for 2 rueben sandwiches & fries. Sandwiches were NOT made right & I was NOT about to wait another 20 minutes just to get them made wrong again. The meat was still cold just like it came out of the frig., bread not toasted, cold meat on a rueben = horrible sandwich...we will NEVER go back
