We booked a limousine just under a year in advance for our wedding in September. The office staff, Ashley Brown, booked the date and sent an invoice which I paid the required 50% of the total, the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to the event. When it came time to pay the outstanding balance no invoice was sent. I reached out multiple times to Ashley to which she never responded. DO NOT BOOK! I booked and paid for limo service months ahead. They did not show up! “Fred” said they had no record of the booking I have correspondence & invoice showing it’s PAID. If not reimbursed, small claims court

Absolutely awful service. Cancelled the day before my friends wedding that she booked and paid for months in advance with zero remorse or professionalism. It was also grad weekend so all other companies were now booked due to grad . Do you research and go somewhere else . Not worth the risk
