I am going to give My 100% honest review. I am currently under a 60 day notice with a move out date of September 24. The apartments are very spacious. The rent is not bad at all given the current market. I have read a lot of horrible reviews, but I can honestly say an apartment complex can only do as well as it tenants. Management is constantly trying to improve. Great service from maintenance supervisor jaime very helpful and respectful. I can always trust him to get the job done with professionalism and perfection no matter what the challenge might be. Will definitely recommend his services
Love the place. Had a small leak and a light that went out and the maintenance supervisor Jaime took care of it in minutes. Great guy to have around.
I’ve been here for almost 4 years and I’ve change apartments due to an underlying issue however in the mist Lauren has been great through it all. She was on top of my issue as soon as she came to the property and was able to get it resolved when no one else would or could. She is very great at her job. When you can understand that she doesn’t have control but you see her doing her best that’s all you can ask for is for someone to treat you like they want to be treated. She is definitely one of the reason I’m still here .
