I have been living here since 2021. Everything started out OK but every year is different management. I’ve been a resident of this complex for 5-6 years. I stay because it’s affordable compared to other two bedrooms in the area. I’ve been without heat and air for almost a month. My electric bill is high due to running a personal heater to keep the apartment warm. There is no care or urgency to get things corrected. I’ve even contacted the better business bureau. I most say moving here has been a nightmare to myself and my family. The staff (Laura) I have been tell her about all the problems I’ve had all she do is keep tell me I will let know which has been annoying. I moved here thinking it would be better this is worse. On February 19,2025 I got an email asking if I was still interested in the apartment. I responded to the email the same day no response back. I emailed them again on February 21 asking if I could set up an appointment for February 27 at 3:30p no response through email so I text the number that was in the email on February 21 at 10:35a I got a text back at 11:42a from Amber H. confirming that I have an appointment on February 27th at 3:30p.
