I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment community. Since moving in, I have experienced multiple serious maintenance and habitability issues, including door knobs falling off, flooding, 3 gas leaks at two separate units that required repairs, and a persistent rotten egg/sulfur odor that continued even after maintenance visits. Now that I live in another apartment complex I can confidently say that Arbors is the best first apartment complex. The grounds are always kept. Ms.Bridgette is caring and remembers your name. While I lived there, there were no “mandatory inspections”. Your apartment is your home at Arbors. One star removed cause the dryers in the laundry room didn’t always work & I would’ve liked another bench on the grounds.

Since I been here for a min now,I love the community, it’s a peaceful place to stay in! Everyone speaks but at the same time stays to themselves work & home etc! And as far as Bridget she’s a hardworking & Kind property manager..She definitely deserves all 5 stars.
