Great starter apt for city living I've lived in the Arbors of East Atlanta for two years now and I would recommend it. My rent has been affordable and I haven't had any issues with any crime. It's not the best looking facade but the actual apartment reminds me of my NY apartment. I would suggest that they update the doors and windows to these units.
