If place sucks I wouldn't recommend nobody to live here in 2 days I killed over 75 cockroaches even had to get bait and ready to kill them myself it doesn't matter how clean your place if you work at the cockroaches you call them for an emergency and they don't even respond you have noisy rude neighbors they don't do nothing about at 2 in the morning loud music bumping nothing is done everytime you go to renew your lease they charge you at least 50-100 each time. Place is horrible....maintenance is useless ...nothing gets done... I asked if they can fix the disposal and the sink by the bathroom ...maintenance came in and fixed the disposal... And said that they would come back to fix the sink..... never came back.... nothing in this apartment is caulked....the people told me that the sink is caulked so when I moved in ....I checked under the sink nope nothing was caulked at all.... every morning that I wake up I see cockroaches in the kitchen....no matter how much you clean you still... read more
did not really have a problem until they hired so young maintence people this was like to years ago and men use to follow my wife and harass her its a okay place to live but take concideration
