I have now been a residence at Arbors at Windors lake and I can still say No issues when I need things done they get done with out hesitation. I will say that Kelly and Tj make a way so everyone is comfortable and take care of our needs. Hopefully the will stay long enough to handle the needs and keep doing a great job that they do!!
I don't recommend this property as a top pick. . I been living here for 2 years and it remains to be going down hill. Work orders being ignored, pool never cleaned/opened , and the staff/ maintenance either don't care incapable of properly fixing anything. You wanna move to a property where they care about the comfort of the residents!! That unfortunately is nonexistent here!
I can say within the year that I have seen some changes in all staff. What I can say is that Chris the maintenance guy have been nothing but helpful. He noticed things and he fixed them. Very kind and not nasty like the past maintenance guys that have been there on the property. Hopefully he will stay! Thanks Chris thank you for taken care of my son and I. Apt 623
