My grandma, who lived here, passed away on May 25th, and literally the next day, they wanted my dad to get all her stuff out by the 1st. The lady, I think her name is Elvie, called my dad, stepmom, and even my fourteen-year-old sister to nag the hell out of them to drop off the keys. Mind you, my dad was going to drop them off but was having a hard time since his mother just died, but no, this lady had NO compassion and told us “we all need to move on.” The management is inhumane and handled this terribly.
Close to UF Health, shopping and outdoor activities, The Arbors at Tumblin Creek is ideal for those 55 and older. The manager and maintenance team respond quickly to residents needs. Routine periodic inspections, pest control, resident key passes and handicapped accessories assure a clean, updated and safe environment. Scheduled social activities as well as privacy make this a great place to live.
I AM AMAZED AND SO GREATFUL..... MY A/C STOPPED WORKING IN THE 8AM HOUR. MY PROPERTY MANAGER ARRIVED ABOUT 9AM AND ASSURED ME A WORK ORDER WAS BEING FILED. AS I LEFT FOR MY 10AM DOCTORS APPOINTMENT I WAS HONESTLY WORRIED THAT PARTS NEED TO BE ORDERED. I LEFT AN 82 DEGREE APARTMENT. This is THE worst apartment I have ever tried to get into. They don't answer the phones. They don't return messages. When you do finally get a hold of them, they answer NO questions. Don't bother visiting. They don't unlock their doors. I have never seen such an unwelcoming place in 50+ years of life.
