Very disappointed. I purchased a new quikjet air in March of this year. Included with the paperwork was the registration card that said once you register your new product you would receive a pack of arbor plugs your choice of size. I have called 2 times and was told it would be taken care of and they would be sent to me. I sent an email was told it would be taken care if and sent to me. Now it’s September and still nothing. 0 stars.
