I have exclusively relied upon the great guys at Arboretum Tire and Auto to help me keep my vehicles running safely and smoothly. Mike always finds a way to fit me in when I need to have my van checked. The back end guys always explain the problem and get things fixed in a timely fashion. I won't go anywhere else! I Arboretum Tire and Auto has my complete trust!

I've gone here for basic service, tire rotations and oil changes and for basic service they are fine and their prices are competitive. I had a repair done though recently that was botched and had to be redone by the dealer. So stick with routine things and they are fine but anything more complex, take somewhere else.

LOWELL JOHNSON – I was there first tire customer and have bought several sets of tires since then and will do so when needed. All of mike's employees are friendly and experts. I have and will continue to recommend them as a great place to buy tires and receive repairs.

Think twice! – My son recently moved to Chaska from the St. Michael area & was having a brake line issue. He was raised to support your locals when it came to business dealings so he called Arboretum Tire & Auto in Chaska for the brake line repair. The line was repaired at $171. Crazy enough when the keys were turned back over to my son, the car would not start. WTH?! So Arboretum diagnosed that the fuel filter had gone out, the tank would have to be dropped and this repair would cost approximately $700. So he called me and ... read more

Nothing but great things to say about Arboretum Tire! Fast, friendly, and the quotes always come in exactly what they say. They have helped me through many car troubles and send an e-mail reminder to let me know when my next oil change is due. I have been a customer for 8 years.

Easy Friendly Trusted – With our move out of state the one thing I will surely miss is Arboretum Tire & Auto. You have been very helpful with our family auto repair over the past 9 years! Frustrating! – I used them to replace tires because of a good price. I ordered an oil change at the same time. When I got there they recommended I also have an alignment done and my rotors fixed. I was told this would take 2 hours but I assumed a little longer because of the alignment. I returned 3 hours later and the alignment was not done. I couldn't wait any longer so I prepaid the alignment so I could come by another time and have it done, thinking it would be a 20 minute job like they said. Short version: STAY AWAY ! ! - Long version: read on – Had an oil change and they forgot to replace an "O" ring on my "08" Rav oil filter, lost four quarts which I had to replace, and thank God the motor didn't seize up. I bring the car back so they can replace the forgotten "O" ring. After replacing it and checking the level, they bring my car out and tell me "it's ready" and make no offer to compensate me what so ever.
