The management and Maelle Anne LeNeel property manager does really well by their residents here. The staff, specially Jake and Josey is always nice and extremely helpful!!! Great apartment complex to live in!

I lived here four years and the first two where not terrible. The last two have been hard to swallow, but we stayed because we didn't want to move all of our stuff to another apartment until we found our home. Lived here a few years back. Only one dumpster for the entire complex and it's always overflowing. Disgusting. Way overpriced for market value and amenities offered. And management is only concerned about bottom line, not keeping their tenants happy and taken care of. Find someplace better to rent, or do what we did and stop throwing your money away and buy a home.

So I called this property the other day, I am currently moving from AZ and got the nicest girl ever on the phone. Her name is Jordan she was very friendly, professional, and took her time explaining everything to me. I will most certainly stop by and tour the property, just because of how professional she was on the phone. Great customer service. Thank you.
