Love the property, perfect location and not too far from my job!
We just recently moved in and the office staff and the maintenance staff is keep saying good things about them I will definitely be recommending this place for anyone that needs an apartment amenities are good prices good and there are even tried update units
There management is so bad and they charge a lot of money during move out that aren't supposed to do because after 3 year they want to get carpet replacement cost and bath Tub coloring cost from residents.
The spoted haired guy always giving bad info. The lady’s in the office always gave us trouble for most part. For example when we 1st moved in they said pest control was going to be every Monday and I been here a year they only sprayed 3 times max. And when I aske what happened their excuses was I had to call inn and request for them to come spray whenever we need it sprayed and when we called to set it up nobody came and when we asked they said they forgot.

However they must request this service. Weekly, the pest control service treats the grounds, common areas and exterior of buildings. We apologize if this was not explained properly and for missing the mark - please stop by our office to reach a resolution, thank you.
I have been looking for a clean, luxurious, safe apartment close to my office and the Dart Rail. Excited about moving in this weekend. And this luxury complex is very Veteran friendly.
