RecommendedBest complex in Boise by far!! Hillary and Brooke have been incredible throughout the whole move-in process and beyond. Amazing amenities and you can’t beat the location!
After living here for two months I can totally say it’s been fantastic. The views are amazing! Other residents are friendly and try to gather for fun activities. The management is friendly and responsive. The maintenance works hard to keep everything running. It’s been a pleasure to live here with such a strong sense of community.

Beautiful buildings, amenities and fabulous staff!
I moved into the building on Sunday and I just LOVE it here already. I always feel safe & secure. I really like that my apartment has smart home technology, it’s extremely convenient when you’re away, or just too lazy to get up and turn off the lights! The apartment has beautiful finishes & Brooke is amazing! I came to Arboretum on a Thursday, very interested in an apartment & was all moved in on a Sunday, so the staff works quickly and efficiently which is very important. Thanks guys!
My girlfriend and I have lived at Arboretum at Barber Station for approximately 5 weeks. As with any new building the move-in wasn't perfect, but all staff, management, maintenance and otherwise, have been very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with, and helped with and/or resolved any and all hurdles we encountered.
Brooke and Hillary are the reason we chose to live here. They made sure that our move-in was as easy as possible, and with the complex being a new build, we really appreciated that. Outside of that, they check all the boxes for what you look for in a good management team. In our opinion, they exemplify why many choose to move to Boise. Our apartment is a simple, modern design.
