Attempted to apply here after being referred by their sister property Plymouth woods because of openings . Did the application and was told I needed to submit documents and that a link an email would be sent so I could do so . Called back multiple times , left voicemails and have gotten no response . Went to the office to get some information about possibly leasing before we buy our home. Filled out the application then was ghosted for a whole week then told we were told we were denied for something that was already paid off, only after I called 4 times in a row to get ahold of Andrew.. I called to get availability on a 1 and 2 bedroom.They dont have models to show, couldn't tell me if the apartments are upgraded? Style? How can you get a person interest in purchasing if nothing to show?
