Went to the office to get some information about possibly leasing before we buy our home. Filled out the application then was ghosted for a whole week then told we were told we were denied for something that was already paid off, only after I called 4 times in a row to get ahold of Andrew.. I called to get availability on a 1 and 2 bedroom.They dont have models to show, couldn't tell me if the apartments are upgraded? Style? How can you get a person interest in purchasing if nothing to show?

This is a very nice appartment and community , the rent is within the range of others in the area and managment is friendly and helpful. I lived here nearly 4 years and only left because I wanted to purchase a home.

Arbor woods in Livonia is a decent place to live. Cheapest place around that we could find (we were paying $1,080 for a two bedroom), but you definitely get what you pay for. Not high end but decent for an apartment. However, throughout our almost three years living here the complex went under new ownership or management. There was a noticeable decline in service. Again, get what you pay for. Overall, arbor woods is fine and safe if you’re looking for an apartment for a few years.
