I'm shocked Arbor Woods has so little reviews! We've been here for three years. This place has been such a fresh breath of air from our last complex. It's well-kept, quiet, maintenance is efficient and communicates well. Absolutely love having our own washer and dryer. Highly recommend spending more for a great place. :)
I lived here for two years. I had a wonderful experience. I felt safe and the location is perfect. You have the feeling of condo living with own entrance and laundry room. Management was always quick to respond/fix any issues which were very minimal. Andrew, the manager, was very polite and personable. I can't say anything negative . Arbor Woods is the place to live!
The apartments are not updated at all. Since I’ve lived here, I have had all kinds of bugs. Every winter and summer I have dealt with a different kind of bug. There are so many bushes by my windows and I’ve tried everything to get rid of these infestation of different bugs. I’ve been here 3 years and I have not used my dish washer due to it being soo dirty and it smells horrible, but they stated they couldn’t give me a new dishwasher. I'd leave a zero star if I could, I tried to call for info and got nothing but rude responses, tried to go in person and nobody was there, looked around and talked to people and not one person was happy living here. It's gross and I'm glad nobody answered me and was never around because I may have been caught up in this gross mess. Please be careful with this place.
