The staff is caring and has the best interest in keeping our pets healthy. I always trust the staff with my pets. We have been clients since they opened!

I brought my dog in to have a wound examined. The "vet" who came to my car never mentioned the wound but wanted to provide services I did not want. I asked him if he had checked with Loomis, my regular vet clinic, to see if my dog needed what he suggested doing. He admitted he had not and proceeded to administer an inoculation. I didn't like him and won't be back, and will not refer friends and relatives to Arbor. .
Very sympathetic to our situation. offered us different possibilities on what to do.
