After living 4 years in total. and living here in Arbor Veiw. We'll start with Pool, of the past 3 years, the Pool HAS Been CLOSED! year one (covid, that is understandable) year 2 and 3, Julie (property manager) simply does not Keep it CLEAN for tendents to use. 2nd thing, if you live alone, you can not use it. it's in the reantal agreement that you can't But you still pay 50.00 a month for the pool (SAD). The Appartment it's self, the cabnets both in the Kitchen and Bathroom are rotting out. and NEED to be replaced, Not coc... read more
