The management here is no good. You give them notice you are moving out and they claim to still evict you to get more money out of you. They also evict you for letting them know someone broke into your car. You also are not allowed to defend yourself if someone is banging on your door with a bat. They state clearly if you have a firearm on the premises whether in your apartment or in your car no matter if you are licensed to carry is an automatic eviction.
