My neighbor hired this business to cut down a tree on my property. They drove their equipment over the threshold of my septic tank where I specifically told them not to. And there was no reason to other than to use my hose which would have easily reached from the area they were working. Then they left the hose water on causing my hose to burst and pour water everywhere before I was aware of it and able to shut it off. Nate, Josh, and the crew were outstanding and very professional. They trimmed the large branches coming into our property without disturbing our neighbor's property. Arbor Tech Tree Care did an outstanding job reducing the canopy of huge oaks in our yard. Additionally, they trimmed a large palm and cut down a bottle brush grinding the stump perfectly.
