Definitely will not be re newing my lease. Prices are extremely too high for the size/quality of the apartments. The staff is very rude/inconsiderate. They do not leave proper notices, they stick a piece of paper in your door and hope that you get it. No call, email, mailbox, nothing. We had an inspection done and they ended up calling the police for something in our apartment that was none of their business/not even illegal. There are no words to tell you how great the entire staff here at Arbor Steele Creek are! The office staff, especially Kendall, are the very best of the best. There has never been a time that I have gone to her for help that she wasn't willing and able to help me. In addition, the maintenance crew continues to go above and beyond to keep the property well maintained and all of my apartment needs have been met in a timely manner. I have lived here for over 4 years and am thankful to call Arbor Steele Creek home.
Good looking getting work done or finding parking near your building. Rent elsewhere
Deliver to us an apartment full of bugs and roaches, many items with issues such as no ice maker, bad kitchen cabinets, leaks on the master bathroom, smell of weed from neighbors and telling us was our fault for not changing the same date of moving. Manager never apologized for the inconvenience and never respond emails along with phone calls.
RecommendedExcellent service when it comes to maintenance problems. The grounds are kept clean on a consistent basis. Representatives of the office are always eager to help with your needs.
Love this place! Great maintenance team and office staff. Everything is handled accordingly. Highly recommend!
