worst apt complex to live in. both managers are horrible, they lie about everything and there record keeping is the worst. i wouldn't let my dog live there. stay away from this place.
DO NOT RENT FROM MORGAN PROPERTIES. Morgan Properties only cares about the money. I had to move out of a different apartment due to roaches, and they do not care that we had throw almost everything away, find a new place to live, or the health concern. I found a roach on my child’s face in the middle of the night, gave my 30 day notice, didn’t make any noise or fight while leaving, and they still want to charge me over $3000 for ending my lease early. I liked the Arbors because they had a pool & reasonable pet fees (for the area). There's finally a small fitness center too. Communication can be mediocre when my email could be used to provide timely information. Parking in some areas is challenging sometimes. My experience with the transition to the new management company Morgan was ROUGH with poor communication/follow through on inspections and work getting done. This place pissed me the hell off. Always FD up rent and charged way too much for what they offered. Very unorganized. We won't be renewing lease. We could be buying a house with what they charge. They are a load of crap and I can't wait to leave.
