We’ve lived here for about 3 years and have been pretty happy. The neighborhood feels safe, it’s kept clean and landscaped, and it’s dog friendly. We’ve lived in two units here and have liked living in both. The property manager, Lawerance, and the maintenance staff, Ruben and George, quickly take care of issues promptly (we had a couple drain and AC issues). They are friendly and attentive.
My husband and I moved in 4 1/2 years ago. We feel very safe here. We live in a nice townhouse with a balcony with our own parking space under our townhouse. The landscaping is gorgeous and we love the pool area. Lawerence, the property manager, and his staff are always prompt whenever we need assistance.
It’s been about 2 years since we’ve moved from Arbor Ridge. And one of the primary reasons we left the complex was because of “ management “. Here are a few of the issues that occurred during our stay there . Our AC had broke in the summer . I was pregnant at the time . For starters Mr. Lawerence had the audacity to ask us what we did to break it . Joke or not, I didn’t find it funny, that entire unit was ran down. I was so impressed with everything about Arbor Ridge, most importantly the Manger, Lawrence. He is knowledgeable, helpful and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and clean.
I’ve lived in Arbor Ridge for about three years now and I have found it a great place to live. Mr Lawerence, the property manager, responds quickly and is happy to help. The apartments are comfortable and the appliances work great.
