The property is very well maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The manager Courtney consistently demonstrates remarkable professionalism and dedication by her proactive approach in overseeing operations, coupled with an impressively prompt and attentive response to any concerns with a warm and genuine sense of care and concern. She really cares for her tenants and treats them with the upmost respect for our homes and living conditions.
Excellent location, layout, and amenities for the price in Los Angeles. We lived here for almost 4 years and arbor ridge was really good to us. Clean and well maintained; Lawrence the property manager is a pleasure to work with and has always been quick to respond and the most helpful with any requests or issues that come up!
We’ve lived here for about 3 years and have been pretty happy. The neighborhood feels safe, it’s kept clean and landscaped, and it’s dog friendly. We’ve lived in two units here and have liked living in both. The property manager, Lawerance, and the maintenance staff, Ruben and George, quickly take care of issues promptly (we had a couple drain and AC issues). They are friendly and attentive.
My husband and I moved in 4 1/2 years ago. We feel very safe here. We live in a nice townhouse with a balcony with our own parking space under our townhouse. The landscaping is gorgeous and we love the pool area. Lawerence, the property manager, and his staff are always prompt whenever we need assistance.
