So excited to see the results for my 70+ year sugar maple! At first I thought it should be cut down but thankfully John took a look and told me it was a beautiful and healthy tree, just needed pruning! I got one other estimate but honestly the person was short and impatient at our appointment. We followed up with a plan and real discussion! I love the results and will perhaps skip a year and take a look to see if it needs more! The last 3 pics are “before” & the collage are comparisons!

I have used this service in the past many times and they were great. This time I ask for trimming shrubs way back, stump grinding, and bracing of some fruit trees. The stump grinding was great. I couldn't tell that any of the shrubs had been trimmed and the bracing of the tree was bad. My son moved back from California and he ended up trimming the front shrubs the way I want it and braced the fruit trees. I was so disappointed. How can you review Arbor Pro when you don't even live in the same state?
They were good at first when they did estimate but when it came time to do the job they came on the wrong day without notifying me and I called and they said paper work got messed up and they were suppose get rid of a few stumps I pointed out and they told me they didn't have the equipment that day. Then someone else called and tried saying they no nothing of the situation. Very poor on customer service!
