THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! ELECTRICAL ISSUES, GARBAGE STACKED HIGH, GUTTERS SO FULL IT WATERFALLS OVER THE BUILDING, DOG PHOOP EVERYWHERE. NOT THE PLACE TO LIVE. And a Manager that could care less. Do NOT RENT HERE
If you like a fake ass rude manager. Who just like collecting rent money from her tenants. But they never produce with maintenance repairs these are apartments for you. Good luck p.s. make sure you put everything down on your inventory sheet when you move in. Because she will try add extras on yr security deposit when you move out.

It's definitely a place to stay
Nice apartments, though my balcony was falling off because the construction crew doing maintenance on them forgot about it and left or something, so for two week they wouldn't do anything. So this being a safety hazard for my family, I had to call them all the way from IRAQ twice, and the second time I threaten to move my family out and call the BBB and my congressman if they didn't get it fixed, it was fixed before C.O.B. that day.
