They contract with a towing company to tow “non residents”, yet they refuse to give tenants more than one permit per household to park where you pay to live! And if you park where you live they’ll tow you. So you’re stuck parking far out in the street if you’re even lucky there’s parking. Make it make sense.
I'll never recommend anyone to live here. They waited until they last minute to bring up the additional utility charges that's not included in rent. Of course I agreed because it was the day before moving in and I had been homeless for months. Management is overall lazy and they make their money by charging tenants that move out and cant prove their innocence or even allow me to dispute the charges.
My experience at the arbor collection apartments in Fresno was good until New Management took over about 7 years ago. The rent went up every year, and no updates were made to the individual apartments.!!! I was a tenant at The other place apartments for over 7 years, and I spent over $70,000 in rent at the complex.!! This new management is (only concerned about profit), and not serving their tenants.!!
