I lived in the Arbor Collection for about 4 years up until recently and it was a lovely place to call home. These aren't luxury apartments, but they're comfy, quiet, and well maintained by Cassandra and her team. Maintenance requests were addressed quickly and their office was always happy to help with any concerns. Move in and move out process are easy and painless. Janky apartments, was with them for 2 full years both signed leases, I was a great tenant respected their property to the fullest etc, I needed to sign a new lease before April 1st, i got lucky and was informed March 26th i was approved for a home and i jumped on it because i new the Arbor Collection needed a new lease signed before April 1st, I carried out my lease to the exact date March 31st i cleaned the unit emailed the office and returned the keys March 29th to save on driving across town, I also kept PG&E in my name u... read more
The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the area is really nice and well kept. Everyone was helpful and made the experience great. It truly feels like a wonderful place to call home.
The best landlord we've had
The worst roaches i have seen in my life, More infested than a unit down town or on an insanely ran down side of Fresno. I had them spray before but it was completely useless kept roaches away for a couple hours if that, these units need to be completely evacuated.
