I strongly caution anyone considering renting here. During my time living here, I experienced serious issues with mold confirmed by professionals that were not properly addressed by management, which negatively affected my health and well-being. Maintenance requests were often ignored or delayed, and communication with management was inconsistent and unhelpful. Moved in almost a year ago now for work and I got a say this place is definitely worth the rent. Office is really nice and the maintenance service is very quick....like same day quick. My family and I are happy we decided to stay here over the other places we checked out.
Save your money. Management is lazy, inconsiderate, and all around disingenuous anytime I came in communication with them. It was a "he said, she said" situation when they wanted to charge me for damages that I didnt do. Ended up having to settle in collections. Next time I'll take pictures, so I dont get taken advantage of like these people did to me.
They contract with a towing company to tow “non residents”, yet they refuse to give tenants more than one permit per household to park where you pay to live! And if you park where you live they’ll tow you. So you’re stuck parking far out in the street if you’re even lucky there’s parking. Make it make sense.
I'll never recommend anyone to live here. They waited until they last minute to bring up the additional utility charges that's not included in rent. Of course I agreed because it was the day before moving in and I had been homeless for months. Management is overall lazy and they make their money by charging tenants that move out and cant prove their innocence or even allow me to dispute the charges.
