Because I went to apply for an apartment and when I saw the trash on the ground and around the roll off box overflowing. I saw a notice saying that the residents would have to dispose of their own garbage if the compactor was full and the roll off box. I don't want place an application with this company or would I recommend this company to ANYBODY! This is shameful that the residents can't be accommodated and has to take there trash somewhere else REALLY!

AWFUL this place is not worth the little money you pay. everything is cheap and so many things was broken when i moved in. i was told that it would be fixed but never gotten fixed. it smells no matter what you do.

look elsewhere! not only is the staff terrible but so are the apartments. the apartment is a nice size but kept terribly. no matter how much you clean its still dirty & have an awful smell. every time you get one thing fixed something else breaks & its in very bad shape.

Arbor Park Apartments We have a horrible apartment. The office staff is awful bad attitudes and NEVER comes out to fix, or repair anything. The worse apartment complex ever- good if you find an apartment with no defects- the have painted the outside shingles but its not the best apartment family if you ask me non of their apartments are worth it. They cheap so if you looking to save money as a student fine but if you are a clean classy person you would feel out of place here.

BAD PLACE TO STAY – DO NOT STAY HERE THEY WILL NOT COME FIX YOUR APARTMENT, AND THEY GHETTO AS HELL IN THE APARTMENT
