If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived overall. They do not fix things. I’ve been here since April and still haven’t gotten a bottom glass to go in my refrigerator. I was told that I would get a new kitchen counter, never did. My dishwasher pulls out when I try to open it. They came to put a screw or something in it, didn’t hold up bc the counter is broken where the dishwasher goes. The laundry is very dirty, there are many bugs in my house, the oven does not work, there is no hot water, they did not care even though I sent them many messages. Do not waste your money and they will definitely not care about you.
This place is a slum. Complete trash. The woman who works in the front office has open contempt for the residents and refuses to fix anyone’s central air conditioning. Not to mention the aggressive messages sent to all tenants through a group chat. I will be finding to way to break this lease and leave as soon as possible
