I cannot say enough good things about Anaheim Villa. My mother lived there for just over six years years until she recently moved back to her hometown. The current director does an excellent job. She was always very helpful to me whenever I had any questions or requests and she truly cares about her residents. Every employee who I encountered there was wonderful and very helpful. Take your love one (LO) somewhere else. They deserve better than this place. The new owners are greedy. Since they have taken over, move than half the residents left in memory care left. The room rent went up 50% to give the “staff a raise”. No sure how that’s our job!?!? Then they are adding this and that. Our rent is now more than doubled and till going up every couple of months! Care is worse than before!! They are using our money to do renovations! Many staff have left and they are cutting corners to save money!! The mem... read more

There isn't enough staff to take care of the residents. My friend has fallen several times and had to wait over a half hour for help even though she pressed her emergency button. .
