Take your love one (LO) somewhere else. They deserve better than this place. The new owners are greedy. Since they have taken over, move than half the residents left in memory care left. The room rent went up 50% to give the “staff a raise”. No sure how that’s our job!?!? Then they are adding this and that. Our rent is now more than doubled and till going up every couple of months! There isn't enough staff to take care of the residents. My friend has fallen several times and had to wait over a half hour for help even though she pressed her emergency button. .
Very efficient managed facility with friendly and responsive staff. ED, Dining Director, Facilities Director understand accountability.
