Unsatisfied with this company. Weeks ago they came out to review & quote me for a new Electric Hot water heater, I was told 1-2 weeks for install. Ten days later I called to follow up since I never heard back, I was told the sales rep no longer works there but they would have another rep call me when she gets in. They had my information from the previous rep but no answer why they didn't follow up on previous rep sales orders. Poor service. The past year and a half I have to call for propane fill ups; have gone down to 10% without auto fill. I'm an auto fill customer.
