Management company is horrible. Claim a family Member who live there owes more money in rent than the time they’ve lived in the apartment. Not giving receipts from rent payments submitted. But claiming rent not showing paid in the system. Feels like they’re just trying to force people to leave and they haven’t been addressing maintenance requests. Flagging tenants for owing a large ridiculous amount of money. Don’t move here! HORRIBLE ALL AROUND!
I really like Arbor Oaks Apartment's it’s a clean quiet community and it’s a nice place to live before buying your first house
Looks like a trap house for real.
I’m a neighbor and the dumpsters are always dumpster fire. The recycle one is used for trash. I called the office and they were so rude. Cutting me off and telling ME i have to “talk to the people in the area”. There’s trash bags all over the ground, dog poop bags for almost 2 weeks all over the ground near the recycling dumpster. The trash dumpster is consistently used by others, like contractors and tree branches, so residents do what they have to do. I get that. Maybe if they start to monitor it this wouldn’t be an issue.... read more
I moved in Arbor Oaks in 2017, everything was fine. Then this new company took over and nothing’s going right now. Management think everything is a joke, living conditions are poor. I would not recommend anyone to move in these apartments. That’s my opinion. I‘be been cleaning my building since I moved in.
