I’m a neighbor and the dumpsters are always dumpster fire. The recycle one is used for trash. I called the office and they were so rude. Cutting me off and telling ME i have to “talk to the people in the area”. There’s trash bags all over the ground, dog poop bags for almost 2 weeks all over the ground near the recycling dumpster. The trash dumpster is consistently used by others, like contractors and tree branches, so residents do what they have to do. I get that. I moved in Arbor Oaks in 2017, everything was fine. Then this new company took over and nothing’s going right now. Management think everything is a joke, living conditions are poor. I would not recommend anyone to move in these apartments. That’s my opinion. I‘be been cleaning my building since I moved in.

This used to be a really nice place, but in June of 2020 they changed management, while they are friendly it takes forever to get something done, they are so very slow, & the cleanup crew or person is really inconsistent, of course they’re some neighbors who don’t care as much as I do about the cleanliness of the buildings & the grounds, but the grounds only get cleaned maybe once a week, inconsistent, trash breeds rodents, the buildings are kinda old, so upkeep should be a must, not just the lawns!
