I love the way when I walk into arbor oaks the warm smiles I receive, not only from residents but also staff. Yes I work there, but it is not just a job for me. To me it's going to visit with friends I have made over the years. Everyday I learn something new from the wonderful people I care for. The staff I work with are pleasant and always willing to give a hand. I very much enjoy the days I get to spend at arbor oaks�
Management is only there for the money. They do not care about the tenants, nor how they treat the HHA'S. Work under staffed, and have you do over 15 hours of work. In a 7.5 hours shift. That means that the tenants are paying for services, and not getting their full allotted time for such services. Also if you need to go to the Administrator or Director of Nursing for a concern or complaint, both of them either ignore what you have to say, or actually turn everything back on you.
